No. Their WhatsApp link opens their catalogue directly. When they place an order, a one-time code by SMS confirms it's really them.

Yes. Share your sign-up link or QR code; a new shop confirms its phone number and waits for your approval before it sees any rates.
Can walk-in or retail customers order too?
Yes. Turn on the online shop: customers order at your customer prices and pay cash on delivery or by UPI.
