Questions sellers ask
Is it only for wholesalers?
No. Any business that takes orders can use it. A kirana, garment or sweet shop shares its shop link or counter QR, and customers order on WhatsApp — cash on delivery or UPI. Wholesalers and distributors give each retailer their own rates and credit. One app for both.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They tap the link you send on WhatsApp and your catalogue opens in their phone's browser — no app, no password. They can add it to the home screen to open it like an app.
What if a customer has a cheap phone or slow internet?
It's built for that: light pages, big buttons, and pages they've opened before work even without internet. An order placed offline is saved on the phone and goes out by itself when the signal comes back — never twice.
Does it make GST invoices?
Yes. When you confirm an order it makes a GST tax invoice — HSN, CGST/SGST or IGST by place of supply, round-off and gap-free numbers for each financial year. Returns get credit notes. Not GST-registered? It makes a bill of supply. E-invoice and e-way bill JSON files are ready to upload on the government portal.
Does it work with Tally?
Yes. A small connector on your accountant's computer (it needs Node.js there) sends new bills and credit notes into TallyPrime by itself, and you can always download Tally XML files from Reports instead.
Can different buyers see different rates?
Yes. Keep wholesale, retailer and customer price lists, a special rate for any buyer, or "X% off" for one buyer. Each regular buyer sees only their own rates; your online shop shows your normal customer price.
Can my staff and salesmen use it?
Yes. Everyone logs in with their own phone number and an OTP. Salesmen see only their own buyers, take orders at those buyers' rates, follow a daily beat plan and record cash with a WhatsApp receipt. You see whose cash is with whom until it's handed over.
Is my data safe? Can I take it out?
Your data is yours. Staff log in with OTP, important actions are kept in an audit log, and each customer's link is private — you can stop it any time. Download all your data as one file whenever you want.
