In most khata apps you type every entry. In ShubhOrder the khata fills itself from your orders: a confirmed bill is a debit, a payment or credit note is a credit — and the buyer sees the same khata on their phone.

Every bill and payment, in order
Each buyer's statement shows bills, payments and credit notes with a running balance. Record cash, UPI, bank transfer or cheque. A wrong entry is reversed with a reason — never silently deleted.
Who owes what, and for how long
Collections shows every buyer's dues, how many days overdue and what falls due this week, using each buyer's credit days.
Reminders on WhatsApp in one tap
Send a polite reminder with the amount, your UPI ID and a link to their khata. Each reminder is logged, so you know who was reminded and when.
Credit limits and credit control
Set a credit limit per buyer. Optionally, buyers overdue by more than the days you choose can't place orders themselves until they pay — your staff can still take their orders.
Match UPI payments from your bank statement
Upload a statement downloaded from any bank (CSV or Excel). Payments are matched by order code, mobile number, amount or name, and recorded with one click. Uploading the same statement again never counts a payment twice.
Cash collected by salesmen
Cash a salesman collects on the beat is recorded with a WhatsApp receipt to the buyer, and shown as "with the salesman" until you mark it handed over.
Questions
Can my buyers see their khata?
Yes. On their own link they see their dues, overdue amount and every entry, and can pay by UPI in one tap.
Can I take my khata out?
Yes. Download all your data — products, buyers, orders, bills and the khata — as one file from Settings, any time.
What if a payment was entered by mistake?
Reverse it with a reason. The reversal is a new entry, so the statement always shows what happened and who did it.
