Switching from QuickSell?
A QuickSell alternative that does the billing too
ShubhOrder takes orders on a WhatsApp link, like a catalogue app — and then keeps going. Each order becomes a GST invoice, goes into the buyer's khata and reaches Tally. If your catalogue is on QuickSell today, bring it across from a QuickSell export in minutes.

Bring your QuickSell catalogue
Upload your QuickSell export, an Excel sheet (.xlsx) or a CSV. Products, rates and photo links come in — photos are downloaded for you — and you check everything in a preview before anything is saved.
Private rates for each buyer
Every regular buyer gets their own link, and sees only their own rates. Keep wholesale, retailer and customer price lists, set a special rate for one buyer, or give one buyer "X% off" everything.
Orders become GST bills
Confirm an order — adjust it first if stock is short — and the tax invoice is ready: HSN, CGST/SGST or IGST by place of supply, round-off, amount in words and gap-free numbers each financial year. Cancellations and returns get credit notes.
Khata, reminders and collections
Every bill and payment goes into the buyer's khata with a running balance. See who is overdue and by how long, and send a WhatsApp reminder with your UPI ID in one tap.
Staff and salesmen, each with their own login
Everyone logs in with their own mobile number and a one-time code. Salesmen see only their own buyers. Price changes and edits are kept in an audit log with a name and time, and a deleted product goes to a recycle bin you can restore from.
